Law360 Reports on Olshan Client Eataly’s New Location in Lower Manhattan

Law360 (subscription required) reported that Olshan client Eataly has finalized a deal to lease 18,353 square feet in Lower Manhattan. The Italian grocery/eat-in dining destination will be located on the ground-floor and lower-level space at 200 Lafayette St. Olshan partner Steven Gursky negotiated the lease for the new location.
