Olshan Represents L.H. Charney Associates in 67,000 s/f Times Square Office Building Leases
Real Estate Weekly has reported that Olshan client L.H. Charney Associates leased just over 67,000 s/f at 1410 Broadway and 10 Times Square (aka 1441 Broadway) during the pandemic. With both properties located equidistant to Penn Station and Grand Central and steps from Bryant Park, 1410 Broadway is a 394,000 s/f Class-A property and 10 Times Square is a 554,000 s/f Class-A building. Working with Colliers, L.H. Charney Associates signed a new, long-term expansion and extension with social justice organization Wellspring Philanthropic Fund for nearly 27,000 s/f and will also welcome Darden Restaurants-owned Yard House Restaurant, which signed a 19,000 s/f lease at 10 Times Square in late 2019 and is set to open this summer. Some of the buildings’ new tenants also include Emmaus Life Sciences, Ivan Gittardi CPA, Mango USA Inc, and Atlantic Hosiery. The buildings have recently undergone $50 million in capital improvements, with renovations including a new lobby and entrance at 10 Times Square and newly renovated elevators, corridors, bathrooms, and lobby space at 1410 Broadway.
