Nina Roket and Jessica Stanton Handle SoHo Lease to Cybersecurity Firm at 462 Broadway
The New York Times and Real Estate Weekly reported on the long term lease at 462 Broadway, a landmark 165,000 square-foot office and retail building in SoHo, for Jerusalem Venture Partners. JVP is an Israeli venture capital firm focusing on the development of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. The lease is for 26,400 square-feet and includes the entire second and third floors in the south portion of the building as well as a portion of the building’s ground floor on Grand Street. Olshan real estate partner Nina Roket and associate Jessica Stanton represented the landlord, an affiliate of Meringoff Properties in the lease.
