Michael Passarella Serves as Speaker for the First Republic Bank’s Webinar on Reopening Clinical Practices

Olshan Employee Practices partner Michael Passarella will participate on a webinar held by First Republic Bank entitled Financial and Legal Preparedness Reopening Clinical Practices. The hour long webinar, which will be held on May 14,  will serve as a resource for what to expect financially and legally when medical clinical practices are able to reopen and difficulties that may arise. Mike will offer his expertise on how to address employment issues that may be faced during the reopening phase.
