Olshan Client Bristol Investment Fund Ltd. to Purchase Assets of Sugarfina Inc. in Chapter 11 Proceeding

The Deal and the Wall Street Journal (subscription required) has reported on Olshan client Bristol Investment Fund Ltd.’s approved purchase of the assets of specialty candy retail chain Sugarfina Inc. Sugarfina filed for Chapter 11 protection in September to sell its assets.  Bristol Investment Fund Ltd. was represented in this matter by Olshan litigation partner Thomas Fleming, bankruptcy partner Adam Friedman and litigation associate Joseph Weiner.
