Olshan Represents Bonjour Capital in Acquisition of 1501 Voorhies Avenue in Sheepshead Bay for $74.5M and in $40M Financing

Commercial Observer (subscription required) reported on Olshan client Bonjour Capital’s acquisition of the 180-unit rental portion of Avalon Brooklyn Bay at 1501 Voorhies Avenue in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, from Avalon Bay for $74.5 million. Olshan also represented Bonjour Capital in the $40 million financing from OceanFirst Bank N.A. Co-Chair of Olshan’s Real Estate Law Practice Eric Goldberg led the Olshan team that represented Bonjour Capital in this transaction, which included real estate partner Hyman Kindler and real estate associate Sari Kreutzer.
