Olshan Advises Ancora Advisors in Americold Realty Trust Board Appointments and Cooperation Agreement

Ancora Advisors, a long-time Olshan client, entered into a cooperation agreement with Americold Realty Trust pursuant to which Joseph Reece and Stephen Sleigh were appointed to Americold’s board of directors. As part of the agreement, Americold formed a new Finance Committee to support ongoing efforts to enhance shareholder value, which includes the newly appointed directors.​ Olshan Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Shareholder Activism Practice Andrew Freedman, Shareholder Activism associate Andrew Astore and law clerk Joshua Becker represented Ancora in this matter.
