Legion Partners Reaches Agreement with NN for Board Representation

Olshan client Legion Partners reached an agreement with NN, Inc. pursuant to which Ted White, co-founder and managing director of Legion Partners, was appointed to NN’s board. As part of the agreement, Mr. White was also appointed to the Strategic Committee of the board. Vice Chair of Olshan’s Shareholder Activism Practice Group Ryan Nebel, Dorothy Sluszka and Calli Schmitt represented Legion Partners in connection with its investment in NN.
