Nina Roket Represents JEMB in Acquisition of Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach for $170M

Real Estate Weekly has reported that Olshan client JEMB Realty Corporation, a family-run real estate development, investment and management firm, based in New York City, acquired the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach for $170 million. The acquisition was completed in conjunction with Bailey Acquisitions, a subsidiary of JEMB focused on pursuing strategic opportunities in major U.S. markets. Partner Nina Roket and associate Yael Mandel represented JEMB in the acquisition loan from AIG.
