Ryan A. Busch

Ryan Busch focuses on shareholder activism campaigns, proxy contests, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other activist investor situations.

Ryan helps in advising hedge funds and other investors in connection with board of directors nominations, shareholder proposals, hostile takeovers, letter-writing campaigns, settlement negotiations, Section 13 and Section 16 filings with the SEC, and ESG activism.

Before joining the firm full-time, Ryan was a summer associate at Olshan in 2021 and an intern in the firm’s Shareholder Activism Practice in 2022.
