Summers Value Partners Reaches Agreement with Electromed for Board Representation

StarTribune, Activist Insight (subscription required) and other media sources reported on the agreement reached between Olshan client Summers Value Partners and Electromed pursuant to which Joseph L. Galatowitsch and Kathleen A. Tune will join the company’s Board of Directors and two incumbent directors (including the Chairman of the Board) agreed to not stand for re-election at the upcoming annual meeting. As part of the agreement, Electromed also agreed to form a Finance and Strategy Committee to review value creation opportunities, which will be Chaired by Ms. Tune. Ryan Nebel, Nikoleta Jaupi and Mark Kiley represent Summers Value Partners in connection with its investment in Electromed.
