Olshan Client 22NW Successfully Replaces Entire Board of DIRTT Environmental Solutions

Activist Insight (subscription required) reported on the overwhelming victory achieved by Olshan client 22NW in its proxy contest at DIRTT Environmental Solutions. DIRTT’s shareholders resoundingly elected all seven directors nominated by 22NW – including 22NW’s founder Aron English, Cory Mitchell, Douglas Edwards, Mary Garden, Scott Robinson, Scott Ryan and Kenneth Sanders – at the company’s 2022 annual & special meeting of shareholders. Ryan Nebel, Rebecca Van Derlaske, Nikoleta Jaupi and Jack Meara represented 22NW in connection with its investment and successful proxy contest at DIRTT Environmental Solutions.
