Olshan Serves as Counsel to Univest Securities in Top KingWin’s Initial Public Offering

As released on April 17 and April 20, Olshan served as counsel to Univest Securities, LLC, acting as lead underwriter and book runner, in the $11 million initial public offering of Class A ordinary shares of Top KingWin Ltd., a Cayman Islands holding company, pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1. Top KingWin’s indirect wholly-owned Chinese subsidiary provides a number of important business services in China to young and emerging companies including capital market related education and support services and advisory and transaction services. Top KingWin’s shares now trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol TCJH. Pacific Century Securities, LLC and AC Sunshine Securities LLC acted as co-managers in the offering.
