Wall Street Journal Highlights Turnstyle Development

The Wall Street Journal recently highlighted Turnstyle at Columbus Circle, the first privately financed retail marketplace within the New York City subway system.  The article reports on the steady progress and success that Turnstyle has made since it’s groundbreaking in 2016 and quotes Olshan client Susan Fine, the principal of Columbus Development LLC, on the appeal Turnstyle has to all New Yorkers. Real Estate partner Nina Roket lead the team of Olshan lawyers who handled lease negotiations with the MTA and individual retailers and the financing and construction of the project.
