Roket’s Turnstyle Development Adds Three New Retailers

Firm News

The New York Times  and Crain’s New York Business reported that Columbus Development LLC has signed three new retail tenants to Turnstyle, its underground shopping corridor currently under construction in the concourse of the Columbus Circle subway station near Time Warner Center. Eyewear purveyor Specs New York, tech-and-travel accessory seller Bluwire, and Studio Manhattan, which sells locally themed bags and cellphone cases, all signed 10-year deals and are all scheduled to open in the spring. More than 50% of the available 26,000 square feet of retail space is now committed and continues to attract local retailers, national brands and overseas businesses, which are interested in leasing their first New York flagships. Partner Nina Roket is handling the leases for the project.
