Olshan Represents 390 Tower Associates LLC in Lever Building Transaction

The Real Deal, New York Post and other media reported on Olshan’s representation of the ground lessor, 390 Tower Associates LLC an affiliate of Omnispective, a Korein family company in a long-term leasehold of the historic Lever House at 390 Park Avenue. Waterman Interests, LLC in its joint venture with a Brookfield-managed real estate fund, closed a transaction in which the company has ground leased Lever House on a long term basis. Lever House is considered by many as one of the finest examples of post-modern “International Style” architecture in the world. The transaction is subject to other leases and encumbrances on the property. Olshan’s Real Estate team representing 390 Tower Associates LLC included lead attorney Samuel Ross, counsel Dov Brandstatter and associate Jessica Stanton.
