Sierra Capital Obtains Board Representation at Safeguard Scientifics

Sierra Capital, comprised of Olshan client, Horton Fund, and Maplewood Capital, announced that it has reached an agreement with Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, two new independent directors, Russell D. Glass and Ira M. Lubert, have been appointed to the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Andrew Freedman and Meagan Reda represent Sierra Capital in connection with its investment in Safeguard.
