Roket Client To Feature Verizon at Herald Center

Olshan client JEMB Realty announced that Verizon Wireless will open its new Manhattan flagship store at JEMB's Herald Center at the corner of 34^th Street and Broadway. In the past three years, JEMB has been revitalizing the property, which will change the face of Herald Square. The Verizon flagship joins the largest H&M worldwide on the ground floor of the building. Olshan Partner Nina Roket and Of Counsel Dov Brandstatter represented JEMB in the negotiation of the lease with Verizon; and Roket previously negotiated the H&M lease.
