Olshan Client Leases New Bar and Retail Shop at East Side Property

The New York Post recently reported on the Michelin-starred restaurant Caviar Russe’s upcoming opening of its new caviar bar and retail shop at 538 Madison.  The ground floor store will be an addition to the second floor dining room of Caviar Russe at the same building which will allow customers a more streamlined process when buying products. Metropole Realty Advisors, a long time Olshan client and landlord to the restaurant closed the deal for the store with managing director Ilya Panchernikov.  Samuel Ross, Dov Brandstatter and Jessica Stanton assisted Metropole Realty Advisors with the closing.
