Olshan Client Closes on Acquisition of 410 Tenth Avenue

The  Commercial Observer, The Real Deal and Boston Real Estate Times reported on the acquisition of 410 Tenth Avenue by Olshan client 601W Companies. The sale of 410 Tenth Avenue by SL Green Realty Corp is the biggest transaction for an office building in Manhattan since March, the start of the coronavirus pandemic.The 20-story, future Class-A office building is currently under redevelopment which is expected to be completed in 2021. Olshan was co-counsel for the transaction including arranging for private equity investments, and handling the tax planning and the joint venture agreements for the buyers.
