Olshan Represents Client VF in Lease for Innovation Center

Women’s Wear Daily (subscription required) reported on Olshan client VF Corp’s Innovation Agenda, an initiative that the company began in 2010. The initiative is part of VF’s focus on providing performance quality apparel and footwear to consumers. The company owns and operates three Global Innovation Centers in the U.S., one of which is located in Dover, New Hampshire. Olshan represented VF in connection with the lease for that Innovation Center. The facility is just under 15,000 square feet, and is used for research and development (in support of VF’s fashion technology initiative), as well as for office and showroom space.
