Olshan Negotiates Lease for California Contemporary Fashion Brand Velvet

Women’s Wear Daily (subscription required) reported on the leasing by Olshan client Velvet by Graham & Spencer, of an upscale fashion boutique at Platform, a newly minted retail development in Culver City, California. Platform, an open-air development, has a lifestyle theme which combines fashion, art and culinary talent. Velvet is a Southern California contemporary fashion label known for combining a touch of edge to its laid-back luxury looks. Aside from its several California stores, Velvet’s current retail locations include Madison Avenue in New York City, the Hamptons on Long Island and Greenwich, Connecticut. Olshan represents Velvet in its retail leasing endeavors, and negotiated this lease for Velvet in Culver City.
