Commercial Observer Lists Two Himmel + Meringoff Properties Leases as Lease Deals of the Week

Commercial Observer recently listed as Lease Deals of the Week two deals between Olshan client Himmel + Meringoff Properties and office provider Knotel. The larger of the two deals is for an 11,000 sq. ft. office space spanning the entire seventh and twelfth floors of 12 West 27^th Street, an 18-story property of 100,000 sq. ft. In the second deal, Knotel is leasing 10,500 sq. ft., comprising the entire fifth and ninth floors, of 12 West 21^st Street, a 12-story, 62,000 sq. ft. landmarked building between Fifth and Sixth Avenues. Olshan Real Estate partner Nina Roket worked on the leases for Himmel + Meringoff Properties.
