Olshan Represents Seller for the Sale of the Top Floor Duplex at the Landmark Plaza Hotel

The New York Times reported on the sale of the top floor duplex at the landmark Plaza Hotel. The penthouse which was owned by Tommy Hilfiger and his wife, Dee Ocleppo was among the most expensive sales made in New York City during October. Olshan partner Steven Gursky with assistance from Thomas Kearns represented the seller.
