Steve Gursky Represents Luke’s Lobster in Grand Central Terminal Location

Time Out New York reported that the popular Maine chain Luke’s Lobster will be expanding its presence by opening a location in the iconic transit hub, Grand Central Terminal. Seven new restaurants and shops will be opening inside Grand Central Terminal in 2022, noting it as “…a destination in its own right.”  Luke’s Lobster already has locations in New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Philadelphia, Las Vegas and Washington D.C. Olshan partner Steve Gursky negotiated the terms of the lease on behalf of Luke’s Lobster with the MTA.
