Engine Capital Reaches Agreement with Harvard Bioscience for Board Representation

Olshan client Engine Capital reached an agreement with Harvard Bioscience pursuant to which Susan Steele was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors. Andrew Freedman and Ryan Nebel represent Engine Capital in connection with its investment in Harvard Bioscience.
