Crain's Covers Next Stage of Olshan Client Susan Fine's Turnstyle at Columbus Circle

Firm News

Crain’s New York reports that Olshan client Susan Fine, developer of Turnstyle at Columbus Circle, the first privately financed retail marketplace within the NYC subway system, has hired Urbanspace to manage the 27,000 sq. ft. underground market. “Urbanspace runs best in class food halls,” Ms. Fine explained, “and food is where it’s at in retail right now. We care a great deal that Turnstyle stays fresh and serves the population that rides the subway and other shoppers. The challenge for all retail today is to keep it fresh and exciting and grab customers.” Susan Fine is represented by Olshan Real Estate partner Nina Roket.
