Roket and Brandstatter Handle Financial District Lease to Haley Guiliano at 75 Broad Street

Commercial Observer has reported on the 10-year lease at 75 Broad Street for new law firm Haley Guiliano. The firm, which was started by James Haley and Joseph Guiliano of Ropes & Gray LLP, is expected to launch on August 1st. Residing at 75 Broad Street in Manhattan’s Financial District, the firm’s very modern 17,596 sq. ft. office will have 12-foot high ceilings, exposed steel columns, polished concrete floors, open kitchens, and high-end finishes.  Olshan real estate partner Nina Roket and counsel Dov Brandstatter represented the landlord in the lease.
