Gursky Negotiates Leases at Manhattan’s Brookfield Place for Michael Kors and Diane von Furstenberg

Women’s Wear Daily reported that after a $250 million redevelopment, the former World Financial Center retail space in lower Manhattan has reopened as Brookfield Place, a destination for luxury brands. Olshan Partner Steven Gursky handled the lease for Michael Kors, who was the first tenant to sign on in the new space. Steve also handled the lease for Diane von Furstenberg, who is quoted in the article, “I actually love Brookfield Place, and I love where my store is.”
