Olshan Client Successfully Receives Confirmation of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Plan

Law360 (subscription required) has reported on a the recent decision made by a Delaware bankruptcy judge in favor of Olshan client, Prospect Capital Corp. in connection with  the chapter 11 bankruptcy plan of national sporting goods distributor United Sporting Cos. The Chapter 11 plan was filed back in June of this year under the parent company SportCo Holdings Inc. The Olshan team that represented the client consisted of Bankruptcy Partner Adam Friedman and attorney Jonathan Koevary with assistance from paralegal Clyde Hollins.
