Olshan Client Ancora Advisors Reaches Agreement with Element Fleet on Board Representation

Olshan client Ancora Advisors, and two other shareholders, announced that it has entered into separate agreements with Element Fleet Management Corp.  Pursuant to the agreements, Element Fleet appointed two new independent directors, Rubin McDougal and Keith Graham, and will nominate two additional directors, Andrew Clarke and Alexander Greene, for election at the company’s upcoming Annual Meeting.  Andrew Freedman represents Ancora Advisors in connection with its investment in Element Fleet.
