Bradley L. Radoff Reaches Agreement with Newpark Resources for Board Representation and to Enhance Board Diversity

Houston Business Journal (subscription required) and other media sources reported on the agreement reached between Olshan client Bradley L. Radoff and Newpark Resources pursuant to which Newpark Resources agreed to appoint two new directors, including a diverse candidate, and an incumbent director agreed not to stand for re-election at the upcoming 2022 Annual Meeting. Steve Wolosky, Ryan Nebel, Rebecca Van Derlaske and Jack Meara represent Bradley L. Radoff in connection with his investment in Newpark Resources.
