Olshan Represents ATW Partners in Bridge Financing

Faraday Future, an innovative electric vehicle manufacturer, announced in January 2021 that it is merging with Property Solutions Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: PSAC), a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, and will be listed on Nasdaq upon completion of the merger. Prior to signing the merger agreement, Faraday Future expanded and extended its senior bridge financing facility. Olshan client ATW Partners is a co-investor in the bridge financing.
