Anthony Boccamazzo to Speak at 2025 American University Business Law Review Fall Symposium on Post-Merger Integration

Olshan litigation counsel Anthony Boccamazzo will speak on the panel “Post-Merger Integration” at the 2025 American University Business Law Review Fall Symposium – Mergers & Acquisitions Unlocked: Legal Strategies in a Capital-Driven World, which will be held at American University Washington College of Law on October 24. Moderated by Professor Walter Effross, the panel will discuss the legal challenges to integrating companies post-transaction, after a merger or acquisition. Topics will include harmonizing corporate cultures, policies and managing employee transitions. Tony will be joined on the panel by Jeffrey Bowling, Associate at Sheppard Mullin, and Patrick Garrett, Managing Director at Riveron.
