Olshan Represents Town Sports International in Acquisition of Flywheel Sports

Olshan client Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. (“TSI”), a diversified holding company and one of the largest owners and operators of fitness clubs in the Northeast, entered into an agreement to acquire the studio business of Flywheel Sports, Inc. (“Flywheel”). The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020, upon satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
