Roket Represents Landlord in Negotiation of Lease for Largest H&M Worldwide

GlobeSt.com reported that H&M plans to open its largest store worldwide in the Fall of 2014 in Herald Center, the 10-story black glass tower that is going through an extensive renovation. Olshan Partner Nina Roket represented owner JEMB Realty in the negotiation of the 25-year lease.
