On July 20, 2020, Olshan represented Remark Holdings, a company that focuses on the development and deployment of artificial-intelligence-based solutions for businesses and software developers across industries, in its $15 million public offering of Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock to be offered through underwriters Roth Capital Partners and The Benchmark Company.
