Purple Mountain Reaches Agreement with Tuesday Morning for Board Appointment

Olshan client Purple Mountain announced that it has reached an agreement with Tuesday Morning Corporation, pursuant to which James Corcoran, Chief Executive Officer of Purple Mountain, will be nominated as an independent director candidate on Tuesday Morning's slate of directors for election at the 2017 Annual Meeting. Andrew Freedman represented Purple Mountain in connection with its investment in Tuesday Morning Corporation.
