Olshan Handles Lease for The North Face in SoHo

The Commercial Observer and Crain’s New York Business (subscription required) recently reported on the leasing by The North Face of a 13,000 square foot store in SoHo. The outdoor apparel brand plans to relocate to 584-588 Broadway from its current location at 139 Wooster Street. Olshan represented The North Face in the negotiation of the Lease.
