Olshan Represents Timberland in NY Showroom Lease

The New York Times Business section’s “Square Feet” column and Women's Wear Daily reported on Timberland, the New Hampshire based outdoor and apparel company, signing a 10 year lease for 9,500 square feet of showroom and office space at 104 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District. Olshan negotiated the lease for the tenant.
