Olshan Client Carronade Capital Wins Board Seats at Cannae Holdings’ 2025 Annual Meeting

Firm News

Olshan client Carronade Capital won two board seats at Cannae Holdings, Inc.’s 2025 annual meeting, with shareholders electing Carronade nominees, Mona Aboelnaga and Chérie Schaible, to Cannae’s board of directors. The election followed an 18-month delay of Cannae’s annual meeting, during which Carronade publicly advocated for board refreshment and improved corporate governance, among others. At the annual meeting, Cannae shareholders also voted to reject the company’s “Say on Pay” proposal and approved the board declassification proposal. Shareholder Activism partner Meagan Reda and associates Ryan Busch and Joshua Becker represented Carronade Capital in connection with its investment and proxy contest at Cannae.
