Miami Herald Reports on Roket’s Lease for H&M

The Miami Herald reported that H&M announced plans to open a store in South Beach in the fall of 2012. The store will be the first for the retailer in Miami-Dade or Broward counties. Nina Roket represented the owner in the lease.
