Miami Herald Reports on Roket’s H&M Lease

The Miami Herald reported on H&M's plans to open a flagship store in Miami Beach in the renovated historic Lincoln Theatre located on Lincoln Road on November 8.  The store will be the first for the retailer in Miami-Dade or Broward counties.  Nina Roket represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
