Olshan Recognized by The Legal 500 United States

The 2018 edition of The Legal 500 United States recognized Olshan as a recommended Leading Firm in the areas of M&A/Corporate and Commercial (Corporate Governance) and Media, Technology and Telecoms (Advertising and Marketing: Transactional and Regulatory).  Steve Wolosky, co-chair of both Olshan’s Shareholder Activism and Corporate/Securities Law Practices was named as a Leading Lawyer in M&A/ Corporate and Commercial: Corporate Governance, and Andrew Freedman, co-chair of the Shareholder Activism Practice was named as a Recommended Lawyer for M&A/ Corporate and Commercial: Corporate Governance.  In addition, two lawyers have been recognized as Recommended Lawyers in Media, Technology and Telecoms: Advertising and Marketing:  Andrew Lustigman, chair of Olshan’s Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Practice and partner Scott Shaffer.
