Roket Represents Buyer of Leasehold on Popular Upper West Side Corner

Real Estate Weekly reported on the sale of a partial interest in the 72-year leasehold on the retail and medical suites at 2012-2018 Broadway, near Lincoln Center. Represented by Olshan Partners Nina Roket and Yehuda Markovits, investor Isaac Shalom of Madison Realty purchased the master lease interest, valued at over $17 million.
