Eric Goldberg Leads Joint Venture in Acquisition of Amazon-Leased Office Building in Seattle

Puget Business Journal and reported that Apollo Eight, a joint venture of Tristar Capital and RFR Holding Corporation, purchased an Amazon-leased property located at 325 Ninth Avenue North in Seattle, WA. The 12-story office building totals 317,804 square feet and was built in 2015 as a build-to-suit for Amazon which leases the project on a long-term basis. This is the fourth similar transaction in which Olshan represented the TriStar and RFR joint venture in Amazon building acquisitions and the fifth office building purchase in the Seattle area handled by Olshan, for a total value of over $1.5 billion.
