Olshan Represents Purchaser of Flatiron District Office Building

The Real Deal reported on the signed contract to purchase a Flatiron district office building at 40 West 25th Street for over $120 million made by Olshan client, a joint venture of the Kaufman Organization and the French insurance firm AXA Financial. The Olshan team that represented the purchaser was led by Real Estate partners Thomas Kearns and Hyman Kindler and associate Robert Gagne.
