Nina Roket Represents Landlord in Negotiation of Hill Country Barbecue Market Lease

The Commercial Observer reported that Hill Country Barbecue Market, a Central Texan restaurant in NoMad, has renewed the lease for 10,990 square feet at a 12-story building, located at 30 West 26th Street.  The restaurant’s location has been in service since 2007 and the lease was renewed for another 12 years.  Nina Roket represented Himmel + Meringnoff, the landlord of the building, in negotiation of the lease.
