Olshan Represents Senyun International Ltd. in $60 Million Financing Agreement with Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc.

Olshan client Senyun International Ltd., a wholly owned investment entity of Hong Kong-based Daguan International Ltd., has entered into an agreement to commit $60 million in convertible secured note financing to Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc., a California-based global shared intelligent electric mobility ecosystem company. As reported in The Wall Street Journal (subscription required), the financing was entered into concurrently with the resolution of a governance dispute between Faraday Future and one of its largest shareholders. Corporate attorneys Honghui Yu and Jason Saltsberg represent Senyun International Ltd. in its investment in Faraday Future.
