Olshan Represents U.S. and Canadian Distributor Tramac in Sale to Komatsu Subsidiary

Olshan client Tramac Corporation, a New Jersey distributor that has been a leader in providing demolition and processing products with facilities in the United States and Canada, was acquired by Montabert, a stand-alone hydraulic rock breaker business owned by Komatsu.
